I would like to introduce myself, I am Marie Gorman and am an independent Agent Commiercial, I am fully registered and have the legal right to help you find and buy a property in France. I have over 7 years of experience of helping people to buy property in the area. Having started as an employee in Chateauponsac, I have learnt all that there is to know through extensive experience and training. Having started working with a reputable UK based company who insisted on great customer service, I have learned about the job and become proficent at matching the right people to the right house.
This is not just a job for me but a challenge I love to help people to realise their dream of living in France or having a holiday home, usually with a view to making the permananent move later in life. Most of all I love property and the variety that is offered in the Limousin. When I go to visit a house for the first time, I never know what I will find but every house has its pros and cons and as variety is the spice of life that must be why I still get excited when I pull up outside a new property.
There is a lot on the legal side to be considered and I have the support of a great Immobilier who has over 25 years of experience and reputation in the area.
After 7 years I have a keen eye for a problem and know what I need to know to help you avoid complications. It is in the interests of everyone to avoid problems right from the outset and the way you do this is to ask the right questions from the very beginning. This is where my expertise will help you.
I now run my own office based in Chateauponsac and I cover an area which goes as far as L'isle Jourdain in the West, Limoges to the South, Aubusson to the East and Argenton sur Cruese to the North. A large area with wonderful villages and towns throughout which will offer you the right level of choice.
