At Simply Limousin Property we will endeavour to help you to sell your property as quickly and as easily as possible.
We offer you, as the vendor, full assistance with the process of selling and will keep you updated on a step by step basis as to the progress of your sale.
There are no charges to you to sell your property.
We will undertake full marketing for you on your property by using third party sites, attending exhibitions and sharing your property details with all Agence Marche Limousin/IEA agents. Agencies based in La Souterraine, Chateauponsac, Lussac Les Chateau, Chaillac, Magnac Laval and Le Dorat. Branch offices in Paris. International website at www.ieafrance.com.
We do, however, charge for valuations which are to be provided in writing, if you are not selling your house with us. For this service there is a 100 euro charge. We provide the necessary paperwork for bank loans or any other official need with regard to house valuation.
As a vendor you are required to sign a non-exclusive mandate with us and this will mean should we bring you a client in a position to pay the full asking price for your property then you will be obliged to sell your house to that client. If offers are made there is no obligation to accept these.
