You can email us by using our search page with your special requirements and we will use our in depth knowledge of the houses to email you a list of suitable houses to consider. Free of charge.
The next step is to book your viewing appointment to suit you. We will be honest and open with you at all times about all property and assist you with your selection, endeavouring to have you view the most suitable houses for your requirements. Naturally, we will accompany you to all viewings.
Once you have found your dream home with us we will:
- Take you to the point where you have your keys in your hand and beyond.
- Help resolve any issues or questions promptly
- Provide translations of all key documents
- Fully explain the breakdown of costs
- Introduce you to local banks if you need finance for your purchase
- Help you open a French bank account
- Arrange property insurance – a legal requirement in France
- Arrange the transfer of utilities into your name
- Accompany you to the final signing
- Our after service includes putting you in contact with local builders and artisans all registered.
